[How to order products]
1. Select the product and click the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Change the quantity as needed.
3. On the cart screen, please check that the product type, quantity, and price are correct, then press the "Proceed to checkout" button.
4. On the information screen, if you already have a PayPal account, click the "PayPal" button for Express Checkout and then click the Continue button to proceed.
5. If you are using our service for the first time, please enter your customer information and press the "Proceed to selecting shipping method" button.
6. Please check that your contact information and shipping address are correct, then press the "Proceed to payment" button.
7. If you select credit card, enter your card information and select your billing address. Click the "Pay Now" button to complete your order. If you select PayPal, select your billing address and click the "Complete Order" button to be redirected to PayPal. Log in or click "Open an Account" and register according to the instructions.
8. Once your order is complete, you will receive an automatic reply email from us. If you have registered your email address on your mobile phone, please make sure you do not block emails from PCs.

Our shipping and inquiry desk hours are 9:30-18:30 on weekdays. Holidays such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays will be announced separately on our website.
[About shipping]
Shipping costs for product orders are a flat rate of 550 yen to all areas except Okinawa and Hokkaido.
Okinawa is 880 yen, and Hokkaido is 1,100 yen.
For purchases over 8,000 yen, shipping is free to all areas except Okinawa and Hokkaido (free shipping only for trial kits and starter kits).
*Please note that items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.
Once payment is confirmed, we will usually ship within 1-3 business days.
- In some areas, such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, we may not be able to deliver on the date and time you specify.
-Orders placed during long holidays such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week may have a different delivery date than usual.
・Please note that delivery dates and times may be delayed due to bad weather or natural disasters.
